Support for Amsoft is unlimited.  We do not track the number of calls or the time  you spend with our support staff. Support is provided through toll-free phone support, email, online tutorials, online manual, and forums. Software support is included in the price for amsoft.


Hardware and network support should be provided through your local computer professional.  We of course will provide them with any information they may need.  From time to time windows will lose mapping for your network.  In some cases, we can fix this for you, however we cannot guarantee that you won’t need additional support. We can recommend an Amsoft verified technician for you, and will work directly with him to get you up and running.
